Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and cash — whatever works best for you.
Deposits are non-refundable, but we're always flexible! If you need to reschedule, we'll happily move your booking to a new date subject to availability. Just get in touch as soon as possible.
Absolutely — and we encourage it! Many of our clients across Worcestershire combine services for maximum impact (DJ + Photobooth + LED Letters is a popular combo). When you bundle services we offer package discounts, so ask us about our combo deals when you enquire.
Yes! We regularly cover events across Worcestershire, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Coventry, and the wider West Midlands. There may be a small travel fee for venues beyond our standard coverage area — just mention your venue when you enquire.
Yes — all our equipment is fully PAT tested and we carry full public liability insurance. Many venues across Worcestershire and Birmingham require this, so we're always ready to provide documentation on request.
